I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
· Average time: 15 – 60 days business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. banking fee to be charged to the customer to return the moniey.
- Orders Cancellation: POD orders can not be cancelled anytime, since it is customized made.
- For a change of mind: If you have simply changed your mind we do not provide refunds.
-Wrong address : The customer is responsible to provide the correct address. Shopia will charge the customer any and all fees associated with a wrong address is provided. If the apartment/suite number is not included or a wrong postal code is provided and reshipping is required, there will be a re-shipping charge equal to the original shipping charge pair by Shopia. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all packages returned to Supplier because of a bad address being supplied.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest office to the customer and make it pending delivery because of the incorrect or unclear address. Customer must provide the post office for delivery.

- Delivery Countries Limits: Because of international shipping method ability limits, some of the shipping countries is pretty hard to be delivered.

- Shipping Method Limits: Some shipping methods will be untrackable when orders arrived at some Countries, State, City, we will not accept any dispute when you choose shipping method and ship to the limit countries. And we will not recommend you to use those shipping methods when delivery countries are limited

Volume Exceed Product: Some products are much big than its weight, and freight company will charge the shipping based on volume instead of weight. Normally the orders weight over 2kg and volume exceed will have this issue. We will have to charge you by the volume for shipping cost once we find it.
As the international shipping method developing, the limits will be released in the future, we will change this rule if we have a chance.
Customs & Duties
1. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Our products price are not includes any customs and duties fee. customers are responsible for customs & duties within their own country.
